Known for its commitment to innovation, collaboration, and best-in-class project delivery, the company continues to invest heavily in digital construction and BIM processes. Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their technical team and support the successful delivery of projects through effective BIM implementation and coordination. The Role As BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the management, coordination, and development of BIM models and digital workflows across multiple projects. Working closely with design teams, project managers, site teams, and external consultants, you will ensure BIM standards are implemented effectively and consistently throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines Manage and maintain federated BIM models in line with project and company standards Support project teams in the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) Identify, manage, and resolve model clashes using coordination software Ensure accurate model data for construction, sequencing, and handover Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Promote best practice BIM workflows and digital construction processes Support continuous improvement of company BIM standards and procedures Requirements Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar digital construction role Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and common BIM collaboration platforms Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and construction processes Experience working on commercial and/or residential projects Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Whats on Offer Opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong project pipeline Work on high-quality, technically interesting projects Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term career development within a forward-thinking organisation APPLY NOWif you're actively on the market
