General Manager for Food and Beverage Operations
Are you a seasoned hospitality professional seeking a new challenge in Co Clare?
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets in our thriving catering company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets and cafes
* Develop and oversee annual budgets for each operation, working closely with directors and executive chef to achieve targets
* Ensure all staff comply with company policies and procedures
* Develop a sustainability program with the organization
* Maintain excellent customer service and health and safety standards throughout the company
* Recruit, train, and lead a large workforce
* Collaborate with the executive head chef to ensure smooth operations across all units
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience as a senior manager in food and beverage, preferably in a hotel or retail environment
* Has experience managing a large team and leading by example
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Stays up-to-date with current industry trends
