The General Ledger Manager / Accountant is a key member of the Financial Operations team, reporting directly to the Financial Operations Controller. The role has primary responsibility for the General Ledger function and the integrity of financial records, ensuring full compliance with internal policies, applicable accounting standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.The GL Manager leads and coordinates period-end close activities, account reconciliations, and balance sheet governance. Working closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the General Ledger Manager provides financial insight, process improvement, and strong financial governance.The role plays a key part in maintaining robust financial controls and upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability across financial operations.This role is a Maternity Cover contractFor the role profile click here.
