Job Description:


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of all hotel departments, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance across all departments.

* Oversight of the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments during assigned shifts
* Maintenance of consistent operational standards and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property
* Inspiring and motivating staff to achieve high performance and teamwork
* Ensuring detailed and effective shift handovers for continuity
