Senior Hospitality Leader Sought
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Hospitality Leader to helm our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operational excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
About the Role:
* Lead and direct the accommodation centre's operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
* Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
* Oversee day-to-day activities, including accommodation, catering, maintenance, and resident services.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
* Coach, train, and motivate staff to create a supportive and collaborative work environment.
* Manage resources efficiently, ensuring effective budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
* Nurture strong relationships with residents, staff, stakeholders, and local community representatives.
* Ensure consistent adherence to health & safety, safeguarding, and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Deputy General Manager, or Operations Manager within the hospitality sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
* Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
* Ability to adapt to fast-paced, service-driven environments.
