Technical Service Delivery Manager
In this key leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. You will also be responsible for coaching and supporting teams in using Agile tools and techniques effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in mentoring and leading teams. A technical background in support engineering (Networks, Storage, Hardware, Security) and MSP experience are essential requirements. Additionally, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
