Purpose of the role
The role of the Clinical Nurse Manager I is to be responsible for the education and development of nursing staff, by means of in-service training, orientation of new staff and by arranging the clinical experience and supervision of the nursing team. Margaret Kehoe is a 34 bed Acute Medical Ward.
