A global investment management firm is seeking a Performance Attribution Analyst to join its specialist analytics function in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with investment professionals, providing detailed insights into fund performance and contributing to key reporting and project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities of the Performance Attribution Analyst:
* Produce performance attribution reports for internal stakeholders and distribution teams.
* Reconcile and validate official performance data across multiple systems.
* Support projects, including system enhancements and onboarding of new funds.
* Collaborate with investment teams to analyse drivers of portfolio performance.
* Partner with technology colleagues to deliver system and data requirements.
* Assist the wider team in ad hoc tasks and ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
The Performance Attribution Analyst will meet the following criteria:
* Prior experience in performance measurement or attribution (in investment management or a related industry).
* Familiarity with attribution systems such as FactSet.
* Strong numerical ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Skilled at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Excellent proficiency in Excel, including abilities in tools such as SQL, VBA etc.
