The role requires strong programme leadership across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Microsoft Power Platform, and broader cloud-enabled transformation initiatives.You will be accountable for driving the execution of a multi-phase transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment across business units, technology teams, delivery partners, and executive stakeholders while enabling long-term operational scalability and digital capability uplift across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise AI, Automation, and digital transformation programme across multiple business and technology workstreamsDrive adoption of AI, Generative AI, automation, and cloud-based transformation initiatives across the organisationEstablish and manage programme governance, delivery roadmaps, RAID management, reporting, budgets, dependencies, and executive stakeholder engagementCoordinate cross-functional teams, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectivesChampion Agile delivery, organisational change, and transformation readiness while providing strategic programme oversight and leadership reportingRequired ExperienceExtensive experience in Technical Programme Management, Enterprise Transformation, and strategic technology delivery within large-scale enterprise environmentsProven track record managing complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from initiation through to successful deliveryStrong background delivering AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, and Intelligent Workflow initiativesSolid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and their enterprise applicationExperience working within complex Microsoft technology environments, including Power Platform and Power AutomateDemonstrated expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and dependency coordinationExperience delivering within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise-scale technology environmentsExperience with Microsoft Azure, cloud transformation, or enterprise SaaS modernisation Programmes.Exposure to solution architecture, systems integration, or platform modernisationExperience driving adoption of automation and AI-driven business processesBackground in large-scale digital transformation programmesFamiliarity with portfolio governance, transformation PMO structures, or enterprise delivery frameworksInitial 2-year contract with strong likelihood of extensionHybrid working model (1–2 days onsite in Dublin)Enterprise-scale transformation programme in a high-growth environmentPlease note: applicants must currently be based in Ireland and hold either an EU passport or a valid Stamp 4 visa.To be considered, please send your CV to Aoife@techheads.ie.
