My client is a well-known furniture and home interiors business with a reputation for selling high quality pieces.
They are recruiting an experienced Retail Marketing Executive to join their busy head office team in Cork.
Salary is up to €40k but must reflect experience, hours are 9.30-5.30 full time office based (no hybrid), and the ideal candidate will have a car for an odd trip to their stores.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will at times collaborate with the Ecommerce Team, Store Managers, External Agencies and Graphic Design.
This is a very varied, dynamic and hands on marketing where you will be exposed to all areas of the company's online and offline marketing such as print, digital, email, design, writing content, event planning, capture photographs and videos, social media, campaign management and more

Key Responsibilities for the job of Retail Marketing Executive:
1. Deliver a marketing, social media and promotional plan to support the stores and online
2. Plan, create and schedule email marketing campaigns using the CRM system
3. Oversee all social media channels and website including content creation
4. Work with the buying team and graphic designers to roadmap the social media strategy
5. Capture new video and image assets for creative execution
6. Create and distribute content such as blogs, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
7. Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media platforms
8. Optimise content for SEO to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to digital channels
9. Execute product and lifestyle photo & video needs from start to finish
10. Ensure exceptional quality and aesthetic appeal for all photography created and distributed photography and videography and provide recommendations on production and retouching best practices to visually enhance the final assets
11. Assist in the management and implementation of digital media
12. Liaise with the in-house Graphic Designers for flyers, catalogues, and promotional material
13. Writing and executing emails and texts with creative agency
14. Co-ordinate all marketing campaigns liaising with our suppliers and the commercial team
15. Manage the content planning and creation process with our buying team
16. Manage relationships with Brand Ambassadors and Influencers
17. Report on campaign results and look for future opportunities
18. Support marketing team at live and online events
