Job descriptionOn behalf of our client in the Construction sector, we are looking for a Setting Out Engineer to join their team.Role and responsibilities:Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculationsMonitoring and Interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/ architectLiaising with consultants/ subcontractors/ supervisors/ planners/ quantity surveyors etcLiaising with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informedPlanning work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed timelinesResolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may ariseSetting out, levelling and surveying the siteOverseeing Quality Control and the implementation of the company H&S policy on sitePreparing reports as requiredMinimum Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experienceRelevant DegreeStrong written communication abilities and an attention to detailConfident and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office; Project and PowerPointHave the ability to work on own initiativeJob Type: Full-timePay: €55,000.00-€75,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
