Job Description :
Note : Need BA with good handle on Data, Banking and if possible, Finance. Need to have BCBS 239 experience
* Contribute to Data Management activity, including data lineage, profiling, and/or data quality.
* Build high quality data visualisations to provide business insights into data quality and profiling
* Embrace new tooling capabilities including UAT testing and integration of new/existing analytical tools
* Engage partners in response to business needs, and support the Groups strategy and values
* Take a proactive approach to problem solving and validating team findings, issues and gaps through data analytics and root cause analysis
* Implement best practice approach for Informatica Axon and IDQ to support both Data Management and business users
* Identify critical areas for data remediation - technical (systems) and core data
* Develop data management expertise, leaning on GDAO colleagues, external data management SMEs(BCBS 239 Programme) and industry sources
* Continue personal development by pursuing Analytics Institute, DAMA and Informatica certification
* Communicate and promote the value of data management throughout the business areas assigned to you and the Group as a whole
