Cost Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed cost forecasts for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
* Prepare cost analyses for emerging technologies.
* Provide support for general costing queries raised by stakeholders.
* Assist in developing financial status reports for active contracts.
* Contribute to the development of cost management systems.
* Support the continuous improvement of internal costing processes.
Qualifications & Competencies:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar position.
* Strong understanding of engineering principles and cost estimation techniques.
* Ability to interpret technical specifications and connect design with cost impact.
* Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
