Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Technician located in Monaghan. The Account Technician will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, preparing financial records, handling invoices, and providing support with accounting tasks. The role also includes regular communication with clients to ensure their financial and operational needs are met.
Qualifications and skills
* Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting, and finance
* Experience with invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
* Strong experience using Bright products (Bright Books, Bright Accounts Production, Dext and BrightPay)
* Strong computer skills, including confident use of files, folders and general system navigation
* Proficient use of Excel
* Relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field
