We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Technical Sales Support & Estimation Engineer to join our HVAC Division. In this role, you will assist in the design, quotation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and cooling in a wide range of building types. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while working alongside a team of experienced engineers and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the design, quotation & specification of HVAC systems including MVHR, ductwork, pipework, heat recovery, chilled water, and heating and cooling products.
Assist in the selection of appropriate HVAC equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
Attend site visits to support surveys, inspections, and commissioning processes.
Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, tender documents, schedules and quotations.
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to support project delivery.
Stay current with industry developments, HVAC codes, building regulations, and green building standards (e.g., ASHRAE, CIBSE, LEED, BREEAM).
Qualifications and Skills
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and their application in building design.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
Familiar with both mechanical and electrical components of heating and ventilation systems.
Full Driving License.
Driven and ambitious with a strong sense of pride in his/her work.
Eager to learn and available for potential travel to the U.K and Europe for manufacturer training.
Good communicator and ability to play in fast‑growing dynamic company.
Ability to find solutions to problems.
Well‑organised to manage diary and return reports promptly.
Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP.
Internship or prior experience in HVAC design or building services.
Knowledge of HVAC design software (e.g., Hevacomp, IES VE, HAP).
Understanding of environmental systems and energy‑efficient design practices.
