Reporting to our Principle Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering impactful psychological support. As a Senior psychologist you will:Provide a quality PsychologyAssessment and InterventionService the children and families allocated to you.Be responsible for the provision of a high-quality Psychology service in accordance with standards of professional practice in Constellation Healthcare.Be responsible for the carrying out of Assessments and working with other clinicians to determine outcome and results.Attend an MDT meeting to discuss findings, recommendations and complete the Summary Report.Lead the assessment process through MDT and feedback.Actively provide support to Staff Psychologists*Eligibility Criteria:*Have a university degree or diploma (QQ1 level 8 equivalent) obtained with 1st or 2nd class honours in which Psychology was taken as a major subject and honours obtained in that subject.Have an Irish post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational PsychologyOrAn equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction validated by the Department of Health. Application for this post must be inclusive of letter of validation.AndDemonstrate expertise in working conducting paediatric assessments, along with a strong understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration and family-centred practice.Exhibit a high level of suitability for effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of the role.A minimum of 5 years satisfactory post-graduate experience in the area of professional psychology, no more than three years of which is spent in gaining the post-graduate professional qualification and no less than two years full-time spent in post-qualification experience as a professional psychologistBe eligible to work in Ireland.Strong leadership skillsStrong proficiency in writing clear, concise, and well-structured reports is essential.If you are interested in joining Constellation Healthcare, click apply now*Skills:*Clinical Educational Counselling Psychology Assessment Report Writing Children*Benefits:*maternity leave Paternity Leave Hybrid Working Health Insurance Pension Fund Performance Bonus
