**Job Description:**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our forward-thinking organization. This is a full-time onsite position where you will be working as part of a small team to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services to a key customer within the financial services industry.
You will travel to various sites throughout Ireland for assigned service calls, using your own vehicle, with car allowance paid by us. We are looking for skilled engineers who are multivendor trained and able to build good relationships with their colleagues and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, and excellent communication skills. You should be passionate about working hands-on with computer hardware and enjoy collaborating in a team environment.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Strong troubleshooting skills with basic knowledge of computer hardware - Any vendor
* Availability for on-call rotation to support customer needs
* Prior field service experience is a plus but not required
