Responsibilities Advocate for a proactive safety culture by implementing and monitoring all company HSQE policies across every site. Guarantee full compliance with current Health & Safety legislation through regular inspections and risk assessments. Facilitate staff and contractor development via toolbox talks, coaching sessions, and safety training. Oversee the accuracy of all HSQE documentation and records using the internal online EHS system. Provide expert guidance to management and site teams on continuous safety improvements and regulatory matters.
