Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for motivating and managing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include time management, resilience, multitasking, and leadership in team development, sales, and customer service. You will also support the delivery of excellent in-store and online service, oversee and support stylist team members responding to first-line customer inquiries via our online system, and ensure the store's operations meet financial and business objectives.
Additional responsibilities include equipping and incentivizing your team with product knowledge, brand strategies, and updates to deliver inspiring customer experiences. You will also plan and execute monthly floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales, using reporting tools to monitor daily store performance, maximize trade opportunities, and address risks proactively.
