Renal Nursing Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renal Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing complex caseloads, and contributing to the development of our renal services.
About the Role
The Renal Staff Nurse will work 37.5 hours per week, shifts over Monday to Saturday, rotated. The role includes organizing and participating in the delivery of high standards of evidence-based nursing care, taking regular responsibility to carry out required planned direct patient care, reporting significant changes in a patient's condition, contributing to health promotion, and more.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality patient care, including assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
* Manage complex caseloads, prioritizing tasks and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Contribute to the development of our renal services, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing change.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with current INMB PIN to practice.
* Minimum 1 year experience in renal nursing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
