This is a fantastic opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of clients, managing VAT returns, queries, and compliance processes in a flexible and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file accurate, timely VAT returns across multiple client accounts Review VAT submissions to ensure compliance and minimise risks Manage VAT-related queries and correspondence with Revenue Stay up to date with Irish VAT legislation and apply updates confidently Respond to client VAT queries with clarity, professionalism, and fairness Collaborate with colleagues and clients remotely, ensuring consistent trust and reliability Key Experience: 25 years' VAT-focused experience in a practice environment Part-qualified ACCA/ACA with strong VAT experience, or fully qualified Accounting Technician (MIATI, CAT, or AAT level) Proficient in accounting tools such as Sage, Xero, and Microsoft Office A strong track record of working effectively in a remote or hybrid setup Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills A proactive, dependable approach with a strong sense of fairness and ambition For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Fiach OByrne or call Osborne Recruitment on If you are interested in finding out more about the above role and would like to be considered for this or other suitable roles that we may have available for your skill set please attach your CV via the link provided.
