An exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join our client, a leading Engineering Consultancy based in Cork, on a permanent contract. This company has been located in Cork for over 60 years and is seeking an experienced Engineer with a background in civil/structural engineering to join their consultancy. This role will be based on a Mon-Fri week over 39 hours.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Working on a number of various projects ranging in size and value from beginning to completion.
2. Site Visits.
3. Managing Project Budgets.
4. Liaise with suppliers regarding technical matters.
5. Technical presentations.
6. Ensuring compliance with Eurocodes standards.
7. Production of detailed documentation.
8. Working as part of the Civil/Structural team.
9. Ability to take responsibility for leading all elements of projects.
Role Requirements:
10. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
11. Open to all levels of experience.
12. Experience with an Irish-based consultancy would be an advantage.
13. Experience with AutoCAD/Revit would be an advantage.
