Senior Product Designer Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Designer to join our team, bringing strong product thinking and a keen eye for detail. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for leading design projects from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring impactful products to market.
Your primary focus will be on shaping early ideas, validating direction, and delivering well-crafted, production-ready designs. You will work across the full product lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and driving meaningful impact throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead design projects from discovery to delivery, working collaboratively with product, tech, and data teams.
* Conduct or support user research and discovery to identify real customer needs, informing design decisions that drive business outcomes.
* Apply and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency while evolving patterns to meet real product needs.
* Translate complexity into simple, elegant solutions that scale across user types and business models.
* Design end-to-end flows and interfaces with precision and clarity, balancing usability, visual craft, and technical constraints.
* Work across systems and features to help scale quality and coherence through shared components and principles.
Requirements:
* Five to eight years of experience in product design, with at least two years working on fintech or banking products.
* A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, clear interaction design, and a high level of craft.
* Experience working on products requiring careful handling of complex data, dense user interfaces, or information-rich experiences.
* Proven ability to work independently, pushing projects forward with minimal oversight.
* Strong research knowledge, translating insights into actionable and impactful design decisions.
