Job Description
Role: Healthcare Assistant working across our Social Care division. Hours: Full time permanent 40 hours. Salary: €31,308.00 (€15 per hour), may be increased based on qualifications and experience.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver client care needs and develop, implement and evaluate support plans.
Ensure practices comply with Resilience’s policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) when required.
Provide support to colleagues within the team setting.
Mentor new staff and foster a positive learning environment.
Participate in development and review of risk assessments and report concerns.
Requirements:
FETAC/QQI Level 5 Social Care/Healthcare Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Completed or willing to complete a Patient Manual Handling course.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Strong sense of empathy, flexibility and a team‑oriented work ethic.
Previous experience with adults/children with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities (advantageous).
Full driver’s licence desirable.
