Our kitchen team is looking for a talented Culinary Professional to join us in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and the team to achieve our culinary goals and provide a welcoming atmosphere for our residents.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus
* Manage food costs and inventory
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve culinary goals
Requirements:
* Minimum City & Guilds 706 - 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent
* At least two years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Able to manage food costs and inventory effectively
