* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office applications, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals

Bonus Skills

Experience with PSA systems, Intune, PowerShell scripting, or cloud-managed security, as well as exposure to business applications like Sage are advantageous.
