Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Designing, constructing, commissioning and qualifying equipment to meet organizational needs.
* Providing technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
* Developing and managing maintenance procedures and equipment files.
* Assisting with the generation, review and revision of maintenance documentation.
* Managing the critical equipment list and optimizing the site's preventive maintenance program.
* Developing and managing condition monitoring programs.
* Analyzing equipment data to report on performance and make recommendations for improvement.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest maintenance approaches and techniques and implementing best practices across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Process Engineering.
* Scientific or technical qualification in either mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, utilities engineering.
* Reliability and/or Maintenance experience within a process or pharmaceutical cGMP environment.
* Experience of best practices in preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM or FMECA.
