Your responsibilities will include:Design Safety CoordinationAct as the designated PSDP across multiple projects.Review design documentation and designer risk assessments for legislative compliance.Provide expert advice on design safety to internal teams and external stakeholders.Develop and maintain Safety in Design Strategy documents.Project Safety OversightManage and review project RAMS and maintain a comprehensive RAMS register.Evaluate contractor safety documentation and performance.Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety plans.Coordinate closely with PSCS representatives on project sites.Policy & ComplianceSupport the development and annual review of Health & Safety policies and procedures.Ensure all safety systems and documentation are accurate, current, and accessible.Technical LeadershipProvide technical input across office projects in design safety coordination.Review technical documents for alignment with best practices and legislation.Stay informed on regulatory changes, technologies, and industry standards.Internal Management of PSDP ProjectsCommercial management of PSDP roleEnsuring quality control of projectsManagement of resources to ensure role delivered within scope / agreementDeveloping good working relationships with clients, design team, contractor etcInterested?
