We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager – New Constructions (f/m/d) - Water Light - Global High Tech based in Europe (location flexible)

Every day, you will work directly with our customers to understand their challenges and goals to sell them the right combination of chemistry, equipment, service, and digital solutions to help them minimize their freshwater usage and maximize their operations and sustainability impact at an optimized total cost.

What You Will Do
* Drive new customer acquisition
* Strategic Account Planning with Data Center Designer and Construction Companies
* Active prospection, visit and partner High Tech Designer and Construction Companies in order to acquire new market segment
* Manage significant deal volume and target account pipelines
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunities
* Build network with critical influencers, establish relationships with key decision makers
* Leverage knowledge of industry and sales experience to establish credibility with current and prospective customers
* Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform management's strategic decision-making, and to reflect appropriate management of sales pipeline
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business
* Transition customers to account management team responsible for post-sales support
Your Profile
* University degree in science or technical (Engineering)
* 6+ years successful B2B Industrial sales experience utilizing a consultative sales approach
* Strong communicator & executor
* "Can do"-mentality
* Solution orientation
* Willingness to travel across Europe
* Ideally industry knowledge and experience in water treatment
