I'm currently looking for an experienced and motivated Partner Manager to join a global organization driving digital innovation and transformation across industries.
This is a junior opportunity for someone fluent in Norwegian and English, with a degree, certificate, or online course in marketing, and a strong interest in starting a career in digital marketing.

Your day to day: Identify, research, and reach out to new potential business partners where digital advertising solutions can drive value.
Deliver tailored product presentations and onboard clients, setting them up for long-term success.
Guide and inspire new and existing advertisers on best practices and campaign strategies.
Understand partners' business goals and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term, trusted relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and refine strategies.
Consistently meet KPIs and quarterly targets.
Your profile: At least 1 year in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales or digital marketing preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
Proven track record working toward KPIs or revenue targets.
What's in it for you: Base salary of €34,000.
Commission structure up to €15,000 annually.
Hybrid working model (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).
