The role of the Stores Administrator is a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout our business. As a proactive and organised individual, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the stores team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records of stock movement using internal systems
* Input data for goods received and dispatched
* Prepare and process delivery notes, purchase orders, labels and stock transfers
* Liaise with suppliers and couriers to coordinate deliveries and collections
* Assist in reconciling stock discrepancies and supporting cycle counts
* Ensure all stores documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible
* Support stores personnel with administrative tasks related to inventory control
* Monitor stock levels and flag reordering requirements
* Help ensure compliance with health & safety and audit standards in stores documentation
* Provide general admin support to the wider operations team as needed

Key Requirements:

* GCSEs in Maths and English
* Experience of MS Office
* Previous experience in an admin role
* Ideally experience of working in a previous stores role
