We are currently hiring five Clinical Data Science Associates to join our diverse and dynamic team in Dublin (Office based). If you're a recent graduate with a passion for data and an interest in making a difference in healthcare, this is your opportunity to kick-start your career at ICON.
As a Clinical Data Science Associate at ICON, you’ll work hands-on with clinical trial data, helping us uncover insights that support the development of new treatments. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning, and you'll be contributing to meaningful work from day one.
What you will be doing:
* Analysing clinical trial data using statistical techniques and creating visualisations to identify trends and patterns
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and alignment with study protocols
* Supporting the development of analytical models and tools to improve how we handle and interpret data
* Preparing reports and presentations that clearly communicate your findings to a range of stakeholders
* Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments in data science to help us innovate and improve
Your profile:
* A degree in statistics, data science, life sciences or a related field
* Some experience in data analysis, such as academic projects, internships or entry-level roles, ideally in a clinical or research setting
* Familiarity with statistical software and data visualisation tools
* Great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data quality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset
* Dublin based - this role is an office based position
