**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This role is based at Dublin Airport and involves providing on-site IT support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless service for end users in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide on-site desktop, laptop, and mobile device support.
* Respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Handle installations, patch updates, and equipment replacements.
* Offer VIP support for executive users.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in desktop support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft applications.
* BASIC networking and server hardware understanding.
* Confident with mobile device support (iOS/Android).
* Great communication and problem-solving skills.
**Physical Requirements:
Able to lift/move equipment (up to 50kg). Comfortable working on your feet or kneeling when needed.
