We are looking for an experienced Bartender who will work well as part of our team in The Brehon Bar
Responsibilities
* Serving our guests to the high standards expected
* Serve food to customers in The Brehon Bar
* To have a clear understanding of the menu
* To ensure guests needs and expectations are met
* To communicate and co-operate with the kitchen team to assist in the smooth running of service
* To be knowledgeable about the local area and facilities within the Hotel
* Mix & serve alcoholic beverages including cocktails.
* Handle customer payment transactions
* Clean glasses and bar utensils
* Must be able to prioritise and manage the time accordingly to the workload.
* Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

* Someone that is fun, hard-working and reliable with a can-do attitude.
* Passionate about Customer Service
* Ability to work within a team.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Good level of English required.
* Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
* Must be available to work flexible hours
