What is the role?
The Digital Education Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Aerogen's global digital education portfolio.
This includes ownership of digital learning platforms, virtual education programs, accredited CE activities, and performance analytics.
This role serves as the operational leader for digital clinical education and partners closely with Clinical Education, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
Digital Education Leadership
– Own and manage Aerogen's global digital education strategy execution across webinars, virtual events, podcasts, and on-demand learning.
Serve as the primary owner of AeroEd, AeroEd Connect, and LMS platforms, including content governance and optimization.
Program Management & Execution
– Plan and deliver global and regional digital education programs end to end.
Manage CE accreditation submissions, renewals, documentation, and audits.
Oversee localization and translation initiatives in partnership with regional teams.
Governance, Compliance & Quality
– Ensure all digital education content complies with regulatory and promotional standards.
Maintain documentation and processes aligned with FDA, FTC, GDPR, and internal policies.
Establish best practices for content lifecycle management and approvals.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
– Define and track KPIs related to learner engagement, reach, completion, and impact.
Provide regular reporting and insights to Clinical Education leadership and Commercial Excellence.
Use data to continuously improve program effectiveness and resource allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Partner with Clinical Education, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and regional teams.
Align digital education priorities with product strategy, clinical evidence, and field needs.
Act as a central point of coordination for digital education initiatives globally.
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years experience in digital education, learning management, or healthcare education programs.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Key skills
Strong understanding of CE accreditation processes and LMS platforms.
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
