Primary Responsibilities Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and order intake targets across the access control and automatic systems division. Maximise sales opportunities by identifying key target market sectors including healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceutical, commercial, education, and government, and by developing and executing effective growth strategies. Build and maintain strong working relationships with architects, specifiers, M&E consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure products are specified on major projects. Apply strong commercial judgement to deliver viable customer solutions while meeting or exceeding target margins. Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the companys products and services to effectively represent the organisations value proposition. Maintain a strong understanding of competitor offerings within the sector to identify and successfully promote competitive advantages. Ensure all estimated leads and opportunities generated through CRM/CIS platforms are followed up professionally to maximise conversion to orders. Conduct regular weekly client appointments and business development activities within the Leinster region to drive sales growth. Review all relevant estimates within the division and collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and profitability. Work closely with the BDM to maximise full 360-degree specification and sales opportunities. Manage, service, and grow existing customer accounts to achieve individual monthly and annual sales and margin targets. Cross-sell the wider group portfolio of products and services where appropriate. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and capture all relevant sales opportunities within the Leinster region. Build strong working relationships with the Contracts Manager to ensure a smooth handover of projects and maintain positive customer relations.
