* Take full responsibility for your designated section within the kitchen, ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
* Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and correctly, adhering to scheduled cleaning and maintenance protocols.
* Maintain a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all times, upholding exceptional health and safety standards.
* Comply with all relevant regulations, including accurate temperature recording and food sample documentation.
* Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as required by management, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
* Uphold all hotel service standards, embodying the values of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a breakfast chef is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this dynamic role.
* Excellent attention to detail and solid understanding of HACCP procedures are critical to maintaining exceptional food quality and safety standards.
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills are required to excel in this position.
* Full working rights in Ireland are necessary for this role.
