On behalf of our clients in the public health sector, we are currently recruiting a
Psychology Assistant
to join a multidisciplinary team supporting the delivery of psychological and therapeutic services.
The successful candidate will assist qualified professionals in providing high-quality support to service users and contribute to the effective delivery of psychology services across a range of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of psychology and therapeutic services under appropriate supervision.
Assist with assessments, interventions, and service-related activities as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies.
Support service users in achieving agreed goals and outcomes.
Assist with data collection, audits, research, and outcome measurement activities.
Liaise effectively with colleagues and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Requirements:
A degree in Psychology recognised by the relevant professional body.
Previous experience in a healthcare, psychology, research, or support setting is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of professional ethics, confidentiality, and best practice standards.
