The role suits reliable, detail-focused individuals with a strong safety mindset.Key responsibilities:Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.Monitor process performance and quality output.Carry out routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.Report equipment faults, production issues, and deviations.Support the team in achieving daily production targets.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.Adhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.Participate in shift work and overtime as required.Please note the above duties and responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list.
