Job Title: Privacy Specialist

Overall Job Purpose
The Privacy Specialist is responsible for enforcing policies for our clients' products by analyzing requests under European Law Legislations from lawyers and private individuals, reviewing and processing privacy requests. You will handle users’ privacy requests across different workflows, following the client’s guidelines to make sound decisions. A passion for knowledge, impeccable judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Review and process incoming privacy requests using online tools, evaluating their validity in accordance with our clients' policies.
* Continuously update yourself on policy and protocol changes with support from our Training and Quality Departments.
* Collaborate closely with our clients' policy specialists to address cases and regulatory inquiries within the response framework.
* Maintain high-quality standards in case reviews.
* Meet weekly productivity targets as part of daily workflow.
* Work effectively with team members on various projects to enhance internal efficiency.
* Develop skills across different areas including data, tools, and quality assessment.
* Support different workflows, products, or markets as needed based on business requirements.
* While primarily supporting your designated market and workflow, support may also be required for the English market and other markets using translation tools, depending on business needs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English is essential.
* Attention to detail and motivation to work in a meticulous environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong judgment capabilities.
* Comfortable reviewing internet content that may be inappropriate or explicit.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex requests.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
* Proficient computer literacy with quick learning ability for new tools.
* Degree in online operations, privacy, or legal support (A. or B.S. degree, master's, or equivalent experience) is desirable.
* High school education is essential.
