Project Coordinator – Dublin, Ireland
Join AECOM, a global infrastructure consulting firm, as a Project Coordinator in our Dublin office.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and provide administrative support across multiple construction projects and programmes.
Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities.
Maintain project documentation, registers and trackers including risk logs, issue logs, change control, and action trackers.
Support preparation and management of project programmes, schedules and milestones.
Coordinate meetings, workshops and progress reviews; prepare agendas and record minutes.
Support delivery of multi‑disciplinary frameworks involving project management, cost consulting, design, engineering, and advisory services.
Assist in managing programme‑level reporting across multiple projects within frameworks.
Ensure consistency in reporting, governance and documentation across framework commissions.
Monitor framework deliverables and support compliance with client governance procedures.
Act as a central coordination point between project teams, consultants, contractors and clients.
Facilitate effective communication between multidisciplinary teams.
Assist with client reporting, presentations and programme updates.
Support preparation of project and programme reports including status updates, dashboards and performance metrics.
Track project progress against schedules, budgets and deliverables.
Maintain document control systems and ensure accurate project records.
Assist with project financial tracking, invoicing processes and budget monitoring where required.
Support procurement processes and consultant appointments where relevant.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience in a construction consultancy, engineering consultancy or project management environment.
Experience supporting multi‑disciplinary project teams and working within frameworks or large programmes is desirable.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance processes.
