About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to carry out energy audits, guide retrofit projects on technical measures and commercial and managejunior team members and external resources. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of energy systems, regulations, and technologies, including ISO50001 and SEAI compliance. Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in project teams, planning resource requirements, budgets and timelines as directed.
* Produce and manage a development plan for the delivery of each project where you hold responsibility.
* Conduct own technical work and review the work of others, internal and external
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
* Conduct site visits, energy audits, measurement and monitoring where required.
* Lead initiatives that will establish or maintain quality objectives
* Deliver accurate calculations to agreed standards along with concise and high-quality reporting.
* Participate in regular work reviews to ensure to company and industry standards are met.
* Training in other aspects of your new role will be provided
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline
* At least 4 years professional work experience in the engineering, construction or energy sector
* Proven experience in non-domestic energy auditing and retrofit projects in Ireland or UK
* Awareness of ISO50001 and energy efficiency standards and regulationsin Ireland
* Commercial awareness in retrofit project design and delivery
* Strong project management, team working and client relationship skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or GIS
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Full Irish Driving Licence and access to own transport
