Pay rate starts from €***** per hour, extra 25% per hour on unsociable hours (23:00 - 7:00).
An additional 33% an hour on Sunday pay rate.

As a Commis Chef you will work a variety of
shifts between 00:00 am and 11:59 pm, including weekends.
Requirements
Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
Please note that all successful candidates are required to
provide references for the past 5 years
and
undergo a Criminal Record Check
to comply with
Airport Security Regulations
, but don't worry our team will be there to assist you during the process
If selected, we will immediately begin the process (it takes between 6-8 weeks) for your Dublin Airport ID Card.
Please note that you can commence work only after receiving your ID Card, which grants access to Airside/CPSRA units.
Responsibilities
Preparing meats and vegetables
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Efficient time keeping and time management of both preparation and food service.
Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
Ensuring daily, weekly & monthly cleaning duties are carried out as organized by the Kitchen Manager.
Confidently cooking completed dishes from the menu.
