Position:Sales & Business Development Associate (Outbound)Location:Remote (Ireland-based, with in-person networking/events as needed)Type:Full-TimeCompensation:35,000k + commissionAbout AnotherTripAnotherTrip simplifies and automates the messy parts of social media collaborations & outreach, management, admin, and compliance. We give brands and creators built-in documentation and guardrails so partnerships run smoothly and stay audit-ready. And we help brands track performance clearly, so they understand the real ROI of their social spend.Role OverviewWe're looking for a sales operator with serious drive. Someone who can run cold outreach, build relationships through networking, and convert interest into signed operator/partner deals.You'll own the early-stage B2B pipeline end-to-end (prospecting → outreach → qualifying → demo → close), with support from the founder/team on messaging, product context, and deal strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Prospecting (core)Build and maintain a target list of operators/brands/agencies (Ireland first, then broader EU/UK).Run outbound sequences via email + LinkedIn + calls + DMs (high volume, high quality).Personalise outreach using a repeatable framework (pain → value → proof → CTA).Pipeline & Sales ExecutionQualify leads (needs, budget, timeline, decision-maker) and keep the CRM clean.Book and run intro calls/demos (or co-run with founder initially).Handle objections and follow-ups; push deals to close with clear next steps.Manage simple proposals/packages and coordinate contract/signing steps.Networking & PartnershipsAttend relevant meetups/events (tourism, hospitality, marketing, creator economy, startups).Build relationships with industry orgs and partner networks to generate warm intros.Maintain a "relationship map" (who to know, who influences buying decisions).Customer Handoff & Feedback LoopEnsure smooth onboarding handoff and capture key setup requirements.Collect product feedback from prospects/customers and feed it back to the product team.What "Good" Looks Like (Success Metrics)Weekly: outreach volume + reply rates + meetings booked.Monthly: qualified pipeline created and progressed.Quarterly: signed deals / revenue (or "operator partners activated"), plus retained/renewed accounts where applicable.Required Skills & Experience1–2 years experience (or equivalent) in sales, SDR/BDR, customer-facing roles, or high-intensity outreach.Fast learner who can quickly understand our product, positioning, and customer needs and improve weekly through iteration.Working knowledge of outbound outreach methods (sequenced emailing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, follow-up frameworks, basic qualification).Strong written communication (you can write short, punchy, clear outreach).Comfortable on calls, handling rejection, and staying consistent.Organised: can manage follow-ups, notes, and pipeline without dropping balls.Coachable and hungry: you ask for feedback, apply it, and keep moving.Full driving licence.Willing to travel for networking events and partner meetings as needed.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Some experience with outreach tools such as HubSpot (or any CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, instantly,, Mailshake, or similar (not required to know them all, just comfortable using tools).Experience selling to SMBs (hospitality, tourism, agencies, local businesses).Interest in creator economy, affiliate/attribution, or marketing tools.Traits We Care AboutRelentless follow-through:you don't wait to be asked.
