Fundraising Manager Individual Giving
to take ownership of this vital income stream and help grow a loyal, engaged supporter base that powers our work.
The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll shape campaigns, influence income growth, and see the real-world impact of your work.
You will:
* Lead integrated individual giving campaigns across retention, development, and acquisition.
* Project manage campaigns end-to-end from powerful case studies and compelling copy to print, analysis, and reporting.
* Work closely with creative agencies, printers, and other suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget.
* Create donor communications that deepen relationships and drive retention, reactivation, and upgrades.
* Use CRM insights to grow income from existing supporters and inform future strategy.
* Analyse performance, spot trends, and make data-led recommendations to maximise income.
* Test and develop new donor acquisition channels including DRTV, Door Drops, Face-to-Face, and digital.
* Support senior leadership with individual giving strategy, budgeting, and financial reconciliation.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent, authentic storytelling and messaging.
About You
Essential:
* 3+ years' experience managing individual giving campaigns.
* A strong track record of delivering against ambitious income targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office 365; CRM experience (Salesforce desirable).
* Passionate about supporter care and building long-term donor relationships.
* Comfortable analysing data to inform decisions.
* Able to work independently while thriving in a small, committed team.
Desirable:
* Experience in legacy, major giving, or corporate fundraising.
* Experience delivering digital fundraising campaigns.
