Overview
Scrum Master Contract Role Dublin Ireland ( Hybrid 3 days onsite)
My client is looking for a talented Scrum Master to join their team. Successful candidate will manage 1 or more Scrum teams working on Regulatory Mandatory deliverables.
The Job
* Optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by multiple scrum teams in the EMEA region as well as coordinating and facilitating scrum ceremonies
* Working closely with business users and development teams to build and implement best in class risk management finance solutions
* Owning the Daily Radiator / sprint reviews / capacity planning / quarterly planning / etc.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, X)
* Ability to lead and influence teams in adopting the Agile principles while ensuring the correct use of Scrum process
* Self-motivation, self-direction, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience with work management and collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence SharePoint
Have You
* Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies related to large, complex programmes
* Agile Experience
* Scrum Certification
* Experience working within Financial Services
* Ability to positively drive work forward, collaborate with team members, and act with transparency
* Extensive experience in a service oriented organization to meet the requirements of multiple stakeholder
* Proven ability to operate within the global environment operating from multiple locations and time zones
