Overview
An opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join a busy manufacturing operation in Dublin. This role supports day-to-day procurement activity, stock control and supply chain coordination, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise and manage purchase orders to support manufacturing demand
* Coordinate with internal departments on procurement of materials and overhead spend
* Run MRP processes in SAP to ensure orders are met On-Time In-Full (OTIF)
* Monitor supplier performance and purchase order due dates
* Maintain high data accuracy within SAP to support forecasting and planning
* Resolve supplier issues and complaints, preventing reoccurrence
* Liaise with Finance to ensure procurement compliance
* Support wider supply chain and operational activities as required
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a procurement or purchasing role
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment
* Strong working knowledge of SAP (MRP, purchasing, data accuracy) – essential
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
