The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in engaging and recruiting top talent across Europe, collaborating with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to drive success.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implementing strategic sourcing solutions to identify and attract top talent, leveraging data analysis, candidate management, and project management skills.
* Managing the full 360-degree recruitment process for R&D and Commercial roles, ensuring exceptional client service and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
* In-house recruitment experience is highly valued, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in strategic sourcing, talent management, and project coordination.
