* Understand and interpret QA / Auditing services offered

* Develop strategic plans to prepare SOWs (Statements of Work)
* Provide regular reports on activity and results to management
* Recommend changes in products, services, and policies to improve customer satisfaction
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing industry publications
This role presents an exciting chance to be involved in the allied healthcare area, particularly in Medicinal Products, Contract Services, and Regulatory Services. Travel to international trade shows may be required approximately 2 times a year.
