We are proud to be recognised as:Oracle Innovation Partner of the Year 2023 (EMEA)Microsoft Global Partner of the Year (Modernising Applications)AWS Collaboration Partner of the Year (EMEA)One of the Best Workplaces for Women in the UK & Ireland (2023)With 3,700+ people and revenues exceeding €347m/£302m, Version 1 is a market leader in Oracle, Microsoft, and AWS consulting services – and one of the fastest-growing digital consultancies in Europe.Job DescriptionProgramme Release ManagerDrive the success of complex ERP and SaaS transformationsThe RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Programme Release Manager to take ownership of release planning, coordination, and governance across large-scale ERP transformation programmes and integrated SaaS ecosystems.In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivery—ensuring that releases across platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, ADP, Concur, and ServiceNow are executed seamlessly, on time, and with minimal risk to business operations.You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, testing functions, change teams, and SI partners to create a unified, controlled, and high-quality release approach across the programme.What You’ll Be DoingLead end-to-end release planning and governance across complex transformation programmesOwn and maintain the integrated release roadmap, aligning multiple workstreams and vendorsCoordinate cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-release stabilisationDrive risk management, change control, and release readiness activitiesEnsure alignment across technical, business, testing, and change teamsOversee regression cycles, deployment planning, and environment readinessManage multiple concurrent releases within a fast-paced, multi-vendor ecosystemChampion consistent, scalable, and compliant release management processeQualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in Release Management, Programme Delivery, or Environment Management within large enterprise environmentsStrong track record delivering releases across ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics)Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as ADP, Concur, ServiceNow, or similarDeep understanding of:Release governance & controlsChange management & risk mitigationCross-functional coordination in complex programmesExperience with cutover, go-live, and integrated deployment planningSolid knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, or enterprise change systemsStrong stakeholder management and leadership skills—able to align teams and drive deliveryQualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldCertifications such as ITIL, PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe are highly desirableWhy This Role?This is a high-impact position where you’ll play a critical role in the success of major transformation programmes.
